The gut feeling after watching it is that it doesn’t suck through the heart of the earth, and it’s not good across the board.
I don’t want to go with the flow of cynicism, after all, it’s easy to call out Captain America 4 nowadays, but this movie really doesn’t deserve too much effort to analyze the pros and cons.

First of all, a somewhat counterintuitive feeling, Marvel’s previous “Captain America 4” of a number of remake is effective, at least in most of the time, the pace of the film has been relatively tight, will not make the audience feel too bored and nonsense.
But that’s where the effort ends, as the movie suffers from a heavy dose of “more water, more noodles, more water” and several scripts are appropriated and sewn together.
Nowhere is this more evident than in the fact that the main outline of Captain America 4 feels more like a sequel to 2008’s The Incredible Hulk – a movie that was made by the same people who made the movie.
How many people can adjust to the fact that this movie, which has been intentionally ignored in the MCU and already had a very low presence, was suddenly rehashed to pick up the slack and see the fallout from the Hulk Rebellion back in the day with the Ross family’s feud (Ross was also replaced with Harrison Ford due to the death of actor William Hurt )?
And this has a terrible consequence: the protagonist, Sam, looks like an outsider in the movie, he’s inserted into the story and is at best a high-level hitman who comes to solve the problem, and the new Captain America is playing a supporting role in a movie called Captain America 4… can you imagine this kind of thing? ……
