Honestly, I have mixed feelings about this IP movie: based on a villainous character, it’s a funny and funny guy who is both good and evil, the first one was fun, and the second one is too “free” …… Fortunately, as the final chapter of the series, “Venom 3″ finds its way to the top of the list. Now it’s time to talk about the story and characters. Personally, I feel that although the plot of “Venom 3” is not very logical, it is simple and effective, and gives the most narrative focus to the relationship between Venom and Eddie’s characters.
The story of the movie can be told in one sentence: Null, who created Venom and other symbiotes, wants to retrieve the Codex, which can help him get out of his predicament, while Venom and Eddie have to embark on a journey to escape in order to prevent Null from succeeding.
The main focus of “Venom 3” is largely on Venom and Eddie’s bickering.
The relationship between the two is the classic “buddy movie” formula, and their personas are the never-ending “clueless and unhappy”.
Venom is the E-man who has no heart, always has a bunch of ideas, and never seems to get tired, while Eddie is the I-man who can’t stand the former but always goes along with it (the E-man will slowly change into an I-man). Venom pulls Eddie around all day long, while Eddie makes sure that Venom doesn’t go too out of the ordinary while spoiling him, and they gradually form a tacit understanding in the process. They have gradually formed a tacit understanding in this constant pulling and pulling.
Mr. Tang’s performance in the film is very on point, really acting out the tiredness of “just played an all-nighter with a buddy, he had to drag me to the next round of drinks”, and “want to be less capricious, but there is nothing I can do” helpless.

Seriously, if a handsome man or woman, or a beautiful non-human creature to play this set of love, are still within the scope of everyone’s knowledge …… but the movie is using an image and “aesthetic” has nothing to do with the venom to sacrifice for Eddie, the audience will be more or less a little confused. The movie will be more or less a bit messy.
But once you accept this setup, you will find that this pair of really good knock ah ~ Venom and Eddie with the actual action to do “until death do us part”, very strange, very evil, and even some sand sculpture, but really can not hide inside the true love and moving.
With such a sad, spoof and frank way to say goodbye, I think, this “Venom” movie is also worthy of the name of “last dance”.
